Part-Time Barback

Still Austin Whiskey Co Austin, Texas, United States Customer Service

About this position

About Still Austin Whiskey Co

Still Austin is the first true grain-to-glass distillery to open in Austin since the end of Prohibition and one of the fastest-growing craft whiskey brands in the United States. As we expand into the Still Austin Quarter (SAQ), hospitality plays an increasingly central role in how guests experience our brand. Every team member — regardless of role — is a brand ambassador and an active participant in delivering exceptional, genuine hospitality.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Barback supports bar and service operations by maintaining product readiness, cleanliness, and organization while also actively engaging with guests and taking ownership of service needs when required. In the SAQ environment, Barbacks are guest-facing team members who are expected to step in, assist, and execute with confidence — whether restocking the bar, running food, answering guest questions, or fulfilling drink or food requests when appropriate.

This role is foundational to seamless service and embodies our belief that hospitality does not stop at job titles.
