Gordon Law Group is a nationally recognized law firm specializing in tax law, cryptocurrency tax, IRS controversy, and business law. We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients and to manage the client experience from initial inquiry through engagement.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries (phone, email, web)
- Conduct client intake conversations to assess needs, urgency, and service fit
- Schedule and coordinate attorney consultations
- Manage pre- and post-consultation communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership
- 5+ years of experience in client success, client intake, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling high-volume inbound inquiries
- Experience with CRM or case management software preferred
- Law firm or professional services experience a plus
