- Teach offensive/defensive fundamentals, lead drills, and correct player performance
- Assist in practice planning, pre-game preparation, and in-game strategy
- Provide coaching during games and practices, including strength and conditioning support
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous high school-level coaching experience
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to demonstrate basketball techniques and training strategies
