About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Intern to support our on-site property management team during the busy leasing season. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for students or individuals interested in learning the fundamentals of property management, leasing operations, and customer service. The intern will gain hands-on experience while assisting with daily leasing and administrative tasks.


Who We're Looking For

  • Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with leasing tours and answer basic questions about the property, amenities, and availability
  • Assist with front desk coverage, including answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Support the leasing team with application processing and resident follow-ups
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, phone calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with the property management team to support daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned to support leasing and occupancy goals

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position; no prior property management experience required
  • College students are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and willingness to learn property management software)
  • Availability to work Thursday–Sunday, 15-20 hours per week
  • Interest in real estate, property management, hospitality or business is a plus
