United Clearing Services, founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming for utility companies across Texas. Our work focuses on maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure through professional tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation, helping reduce the risk of outages and infrastructure damage caused by wind, storms, decay, and overgrowth. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate vegetation management and line-clearance crews working near utility rights-of-way. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring crews follow safety procedures and utility clearance standards, and supporting efficient completion of vegetation management work in the field. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain near active utility infrastructure. This is a full-time role that may require 10–12 hour shifts and extended schedules during storm response operations. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates should also have 1–2 years of proven experience supervising field crews, preferably in vegetation management, line clearance, or utility-related operations.

📋 Top Qualifications:
18+ years old with valid driver’s license
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
1–2 years of proven experience supervising field crews, preferably in vegetation management
Strong communication and documentation skills
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel to multiple job sites
⚠️ Work Environment:
Full-time role with 10–12 hour shifts
May require up to 7 days/week during storm season
Physical work including lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, climbing, and kneeling
Weekend and holiday availability required
