Our Detailers play a vital role at our full service locations and we're seriously proud to have them working for us! They are responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of all full service customer vehicles in a quick and efficient manner through the use of various detail tools. Washman does "Express Details" which includes shampooing seats and carpets, super interior (deep cleaning of front area; console, doors, dash, etc.), exterior hand wax, and odor deodorizing. Our detailers can spend 30 minutes to 4 hours on any 1 vehicle.

All of our positions require customer service. We expect our employees to interact with customers with a smile and provide quality customer service at all times.

Position(s) We Are Currently Hiring For

• 2 Full Service Detailer (Full Time Hours, WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY)

Requirements:

Detailer Essential Duties

• Clean vehicles in a thorough manner.
• Shampoo carpets and seats
• Provide leather treatments
• Apply hand wax
• Vacuum vehicles
• Use detailing tools to clean dash, doors, console, seats, and carpets.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Provide a detailed breakdown of work completed on customer vehicles to customers.

Detailer Requirements:

• Must be able to work alone and in a team.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended hours.
• Must be able to bend, crouch, and get into tight spaces for extended periods of time.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a physically demanding job.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and customers.

Pay: $32,640 to $36,500 Yearly ($17-$19/hour)
