We are currently hiring a Customer Service Associate to support in-person customer interactions at pre-scheduled community events and outreach locations. This role focuses on providing information, assisting with inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service at event locations
Answer questions and share accurate information with customers
Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow established guidelines and processes when interacting with customers
