Start time: 6:00–7:00 AM | Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed) | Avg. 45 hrs. per week | Required Overtime


Western Building Products is seeking a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance technician to help keep our facility, equipment, and operations running smoothly. In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from repairing production machinery to maintaining the building and grounds, all while working for a company where you’re not just an employee, you're an owner.

What You’ll Do:

· Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery used in production

· Assist with installation, relocation, and alignment of machines and equipment

· Perform maintenance tasks on buildings, facilities, and grounds

· Keep accurate records and maintenance logs

· Complete scheduled preventive maintenance

· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

· Lift 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of maintenance technician experience

· Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to read manuals and written instructions

· Experience with hand tools.

· Basic math and reasoning skills

· Safety-first mindset

· Ability to work required overtime
