Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent training.
- Proven experience operating dozers, dump trucks, boom forklifts, and forklifts in a construction or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous materials handling procedures.
- Ability to pass a physical examination and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specialized equipment operation or safety training.
- Experience with excavation projects and site preparation.
- Familiarity with GPS or other technology-assisted equipment operation.
- Previous experience working in diverse construction environments across the United States.

Responsibilities:
