Position: Systems Coordinator 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ordering, POS, ERP, WMS and eCommerce systems and platforms.  A background in retail is considered a strong asset, as our operations rely on efficient systems to support business growth and customer service excellence.  

This is a 6-month contract from start date, with the possibility to convert into a permanent position dependant on business needs. 

Role

The Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of core business platforms, including Teamwork POS & CHQ, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, MetaOption WMS and Shopify. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at supporting system efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and guiding teams through technical processes. With a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, the Systems Coordinator helps drive business growth and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, maintain, and optimize company systems, with a focus on internal company systems. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting, and support for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure system workflows align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to maximize productivity.
  • Support data integrity and security across platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and testing as required.
  • Document procedures, user guides, and system changes for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with POS, Ordering, ERP, WMS and Shopify  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data management and process documentation.
