Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure overall compliance, performance, reconciliation, etc. of NHC out-sourced accounts . Also responsible to ensure bankruptcy accounts deceased accounts, accounts requiring final notices (including Medicare accounts) are worked timely, and as appropriate including notification to agencies and within the Medicare regulations as it relates to final notice process. Understand the support role that they provide in order that established goals (Cash collected, A/R Days, Collection WIP, Billing WIP, Charity Percentage, Bad Debt, etc.) assigned by Senior Leadership are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Required:
- One year patient accounting, finance or insurance
Desired:
- High School Diploma or GED
