The Impact You’ll Make
As the senior business owner for a portfolio of regulated-category clients, you will:
- Own the business. Set and deliver against a multi-million-dollar P&L, forecast revenue and margin, and steward annual growth plans—reporting directly to DNY’s Managing Director with full decision rights.
- Lead client transformation. Serve as strategic adviser to C-suite stakeholders, translating consumer, cultural, and compliance insights into omnichannel programs that win awards and drive sales.
- Champion responsible innovation. Operationalize generative-AI workflows—briefing co-pilots, automating research, building prompt libraries, and codifying AI governance—so your team works smarter, faster, and safer.
- Safeguard compliance. Navigate FDA, FTC, and state statutes for MON and cannabis; partner with legal to pre-clear claims, age-gate experiences, and manage risk without sacrificing creative ambition.
- Shape a high-autonomy culture. Inspire and mentor an integrated team of strategists, creators, and producers (6-10 direct/indirect); set clear OKRs, elevate diverse voices, and cultivate a “freedom with accountability” mindset.
- Scale the business. Lead new-business pitches and expand scopes within existing accounts, targeting double-digit organic growth.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Build & protect senior-level client relationships; chair quarterly business reviews and annual planning
- Translate brand, cultural, and commercial insight into integrated strategies, briefs, and creative platforms
- Oversee scoping, staffing, and budget management to deliver on targets
- Guide teams through production, broadcast shoots, creator activations, and AI-enabled content pipelines
- Establish KPI dashboards covering revenue, margin, client NPS, compliance scorecards, and AI-adoption metrics
- Mentor rising leaders; recruit talent with an outcomes-first, flexible-work mindset

Base salary: $135,000.00?–?$175,000.00, commensurate with experience.
