Position Summary
FCA/Vision Ag is seeking reliable and safety-focused Semi-Truck Drivers to join our team. This role involves performing general duties related to the loading, securing, transport, and unloading of agronomy products, feed, grain, and energy products. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation, inspection, and routine maintenance of a tractor-trailer combination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load, secure, transport, and unload agronomy, grain, feed, and energy products
- Operate a semi-tractor/trailer safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Conduct basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Air Brake Endorsement
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the job as needed
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Previous agricultural hauling experience is a plus, but not required
