Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance claim processes.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software related to scheduling and billing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate office equipment such as copy machines and manage daily administrative tasks to support the dental team.
