We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff, managing branch resources, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your primary objective will be to improve and streamline branch processes while fostering a positive environment for both employees and clients. You will work closely with management to implement operational strategies aimed at achieving business goals and enhancing the overall efficiency of the branch. Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills will be essential as you interface with various departments and contribute to the successful delivery of our services. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the branch.
- Manage branch schedules and oversee employee attendance and productivity.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for necessary orders.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The pay range for this role is:
32 - 38 USD per hour(CA)
