Engaging Evening Role with Customer Service and Sales
If you enjoy evenings, excel at customer service, and thrive on recommending solutions, this Evening Counter Agent role at Memphis International Airport is for you.
Seeking enthusiastic team members who love helping travelers and driving sales. Shifts: 2PM–10PM or 3PM–11PM.
Full training to master operations and confidently sell upgrades/coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate counter systems to open/close rental contracts.
- Address inquiries (charges, vehicle condition, directions, concerns).
- Promote and sell optional coverage, insurance, and upgrades.
- Perform office tasks: answer phones, photocopy.
- Maintain clean, professional workspace.
- Assist colleagues or other areas as needed.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Full-Time Benefits
- Full benefits after 60 days.
- Accrue 4 hours vacation/month (payable after 90 days).
- 10 vacation days at 1st anniversary + 2 personal paid days.

Requirements:- 18 years or older of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills and resolution experience
- Pass background check as well as drug test
