Parts Cashier

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has an opportunity for a Parts Cashier to join their award-winning team! $18.00 per hour starting with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

Our Parts Cashier is responsible for quickly and accurately collecting money from customers at our retail parts counter, greeting customers and thanking them for their business, and locating customers’ orders that are on will call

Responsibilities:

• Verify invoice number, dollar amount, and payment method before closing invoices or      handing out parts
• Greet and thank customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Locate customers will call orders and pull the parts
• Count down the cash drawer at the end of the day
• Keep work area and the rest of the parts department clean and presentable

Job Requirements:

• Full-time position Monday to Friday, and every third Saturday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch
• Prior automotive parts experience preferred, but not required
• Team oriented
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Clean background
• Clean drug test – this is a safety-sensitive position
