Hydrovac Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of the safe and proper operation of the assigned Hydrovac truck
• Complete jobs requested by customers, to include:

- Hydro Excavation

- Utility Spotting

- Contaminated Dirt clean removal and disposal

- Open top tank clean outs

- Frac pit cleanout

• Safe and efficient operation of the Commercial Vehicle
• Loading of water and unloading of debris tank
• Completion of JSAs and Field Work Tickets on location
• Maintain HOS on the Elogging device
• Notify the supervisor of any defects that prevent the safe operation of the truck and the hydrovac system

Experience:

• CDL A with N (Tanker) Endorsement required
• 4 Years of experience as a hydrovac operator
• 6 years of CDL experience 
• Clean driving record
• No FMCSA clearinghouse violations

Skills:

• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
• Able to make small mechanical and electrical repairs
• Customer service-oriented
• Risk assessment and evaluation

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Extended hours (40-80hrs/wk)
• Monday – Saturday
• Sundays as needed
