We’re looking for our next Maternity Health Navigator to help guide patients through the healthcare maze with compassion and purpose.

This is an In Person/In Field position, Supporting BOTH Maternity and Non-Maternity Patients.

• $47,500–$50,000 starting salary (hourly pay)
• Additional $5,200 per year as an auto allowance, (you’ll drive patients to key appointments)

What You’ll Do:

• Help patients schedule and attend appointments (including driving them when needed)
• Keep medications, providers, and care plans organized
• Serve as the human bridge between patients and the healthcare system
• Problem-solve around social, safety, and health needs
• Document all activities in our Electronic Health Record system

What You’ll Need:

• A big heart and excellent organization skills
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to drive in Arizona
• Experience in healthcare, social work, or community support (formal or informal)
• CPR/First Aid certification, clean background check, and other required clearances

The Fine Print

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Location: Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite/in-field position!
