Case Manager

Position is responsible for the abstraction and submission of clinical data as mandated by JCAHO, CMS, Georgia Medical Care Foundation and other regulatory agencies. Assures publicly accessible data of hospital performance measures is accurate. Responsible for maintaining compliance with current regulatory rules for hospital performance standards.

Required: Georgia RN or LPN License

Preferred: Case Management experience.
