Position Overview: The Accounting Supervisor leads the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax compliance, and supporting special projects and audits.

● Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor accounting staff in daily operations
Oversee all sales tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
Review and analyze financial statements and reports
Lead audit preparations and participate in cross-functional projects
Identify and implement process improvements

● Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of sales tax compliance and GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
