Position Summary
Joined Alloys is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in transporting materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated locations while ensuring smooth coordination of in-process materials across departments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
Coordinate internal movement of in-process materials and finished goods
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, service providers, and other departments
Maintain accurate daily logs, scan inventory, and perform cycle counts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-ready work area
Engage professionally and positively with vendors and drivers
Provide backup support for warehouse operations as needed
Education & Experience
General knowledge of industrial equipment
Basic understanding of measuring tools (tape measures, micrometers, etc.)
Experience using a wide range of power tools
Forklift experience required

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift

Ability to crawl, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
Frequent communication with team members
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Must wear company-approved safety glasses in plant and warehouse areas
