Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide individualized clinical care, therapeutic interventions, and psychoeducation. What Youll Do

• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments for individuals served.
• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored to the population served.
• Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Document services and progress in compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Ensure treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and aligned with individual needs.

What Were Looking For

Education

• Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).

Experience

• Two (2) years of experience with the population served (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in the appropriate discipline (required).
