Job Title: Clinical Educator

Location: Physicians Management Group

Reports to: Clinical Operations Practice Manager

General Summary: The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for clinical staff across 8 primary care sites and 2 specialty sites. This role ensures that all clinical personnel are proficient in their skills, adhere to safety standards, and deliver high-quality patient care.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain up-to-date training programs for OSHA and      safety compliance.
2. Track and manage records of OSHA training and PPD documentation for      all clinical and specialty site staff.
3. Coordinate and conduct ongoing clinical training sessions, ensuring      consistency across all sites.
4. Provide hands-on instruction in clinical skills such as phlebotomy,      immunization administration, vital signs and laboratory procedures.
5. Collaborate with site managers to identify training needs and      develop tailored educational programs.
6. Maintain expert knowledge of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR)      system and train staff on its use.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary      adjustments.
8. Have strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability      to instruct large groups of peers and providers. 
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered/Certified Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA).

Experience: Minimum of five years of clinical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Salary Range:

30.00 – 38.00 per hour
