We're looking for a Title Clerk who's ready to jump into the action with us! This isn't your typical desk job - you'll be part of a team that keeps the wheels turning (literally) in our bustling auction environment. Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Be the title detective - reviewing vehicle titles to make sure everything's spot-on
- Juggle multiple tasks like a pro (don't worry, we'll teach you our tricks!)
- Be the friendly face our dealers love to work with
- Keep our paperwork game strong with detailed records
- Work your magic both as part of our fantastic team and flying solo when needed
- Become our go-to expert who can answer questions and help solve problems
- Embrace new challenges and keep growing with us
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years of automotive title experience and some administrative or office experience under your belt, preferred
- Willing to Train: Experience isn't everything—we're happy to train someone who brings the right attitude and eagerness to learn
- Bonus Points: Certified Notary Public (not required, but we'd be impressed!)
- The Basics: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening

The Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (off early on Friday's & weekends are yours!)
- Location: Our Spring Hill, TN location (37174) - you'll need to be able to get here
- Style: Full-time, permanent position where you can really build something
