Job Title:  Housekeeper

Shifts:

• 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri (full-time)
• 11a-7:30p Mon-Fri (full-time)
• 8a-12p Sat-Sun (part-time)

Payrate: $17.20 hour + $5.09/hour for Health & Wellness (company-paid; medical, dental and vision)

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and turning over rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying living spaces.
• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas such, as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all assigned areas.
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Restocking supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Excellent time management skills.
