As the People Operations Generalist, you will run the day-to-day People Operations across the U.S. and Mexico while keeping core People and company initiatives moving forward through strong ownership, execution, and follow through.

What you'll be doing:
Own day-to-day People Operations for the U.S. and Mexico, acting as the primary operator across payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle executionRun U.S. and Mexico payroll, including terminations, bonuses, commissions, salary changes, and deductionsOversee benefits administration for U.S. and Mexico employees, including enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and employee supportOwn onboarding and offboarding execution end to end for U.S. and Mexico employeesMaintain clean, accurate People data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systemsTake full ownership for accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through across all People Ops executionSupport employee relations, policy development, performance processes, and People programsAct as a primary point of contact for managers and employees on People Ops questions, resolving issues independently where appropriateIdentify gaps, issues, or inefficiencies proactively and drive them to resolutionTranslate direction into executed outcomes, closing loops and keeping People and company initiatives moving forwardPartner closely with the Director of People on large, cross-functional People and company initiatives, owning defined workstreams and follow-throughOwn the Boston office experience, including office operations, vendors, supplies, and coordination of team gatherings and local culture moments
