Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay is: $18 per hour

FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.


Job Summary

An administrative assistant’s duties and responsibilities support office operations and team members. This often includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The role focuses on efficiency, organization, and strong communication to ensure smooth daily operations. 


Essential Functions

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors when needed
  • Coordinates employee engagement activities with HR team
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • Provide updates to Customers and prepare logistic forms.
  • Works closely with the HR team on various admin tasks and activities
  • Completes or creates reports, analysis and other various requests 
  • Creates the new hire binders and paperwork for orientation class


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree in related field preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in an administrative role

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently


Working Condition


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Work environment is an office atmosphere. Work could also involve some outside exposure. May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles, smoke (Not over OSHA Permissible Exposure Levels). Safety training is provided in accordance with applicable law, industry standards and company policy. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
