What Youll Do

  • Be the primary IT contact at a client site in Plymouth, MI (80% of the time), with additional collaboration at our QSG office in Auburn Hills (20%).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, servers, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and server environments.
  • Proactively monitor systems and respond to service tickets with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support hardware/software rollouts and help design future infrastructure plans.
  • Document solutions and create/recommend new procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Test updates and deployments in a safe environment before going live.
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of IT professionals who share knowledge freely.

What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience in IT support/help desk or systems administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and hardware setup.
  • Reliable transportation (occasional after-hours support may be required).

Salary Information

$62500.00 - $70000.00 Annual Salary
