As a Residential Manager, you’ll oversee and support up to 25 Family Home Providers (FHPs) who provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll build strong relationships with families, providers, and community partners while ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Family Home Providers in delivering person-centered care
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and guardians
- Conduct regular in-home visits and compliance reviews
- Review documentation, provide coaching, and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with care teams to adjust service plans as needs change
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage (shared among managers)
- Lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required (some college a plus!)
- 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic documentation systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for visits
- Someone who thrives on teamwork and truly cares about making a difference

- Must pass a state background check and meet state compliance standards
