Key Responsibilities
• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of technicians and sales associates
• Drive store sales goals and monitor key performance metrics
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues promptly
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and present findings to ownership/leadership

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in automotive retail or tire/service center management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5 or more
• Strong knowledge of tires, wheels, and basic automotive services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret sales reports and inventory data
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
