Principal Responsibilities
· This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role with a book of existing clients.
· Directly responsible for the renewal and retention of existing customers, including all support, subscription, and product renewal business, and for independently developing associated sales/pricing strategies.
· Independently develop and execute strategic plan for maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
· Accountable to renewal rate and churn management of account set. Exercise complete discretion to ensure renewal rate is met and account set is properly managed.
· Prioritize all job responsibilities without oversight, including customer contacts, to maximize business results and sales.
· Nurture, manage, and expand relationships in existing accounts and analyze customers' businesses and issues to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities, which will be handed over to Account Executive team.
· Independently develop messaging to customers to retain and expand customer accounts.
· Maximize customer value derived from adoption and usage of RSA investment.
· Independently complete sales forecasting and CRM opportunity management for all renewal business.
· Serve as key point of contact and liaison for clients in account set.
· Own regular customer engagement plan.
· Own strategic business reviews.
· Independently manage and triage all customer satisfaction issues and escalations.
Skills:
· Ability to marshal resources from RSA’s broad ecosystem to maximize customer satisfaction.
· Manage, Quote, Negotiate and Close all Support, Subscription, and Product Renewals for the Clients you serve.
· Ability to confidently and independently engage with C-Level contacts in your Account Set.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Schedule, Plan, and Execute regular quarterly business reviews.
· Independently complete business and sales forecasting.
· Willingness to travel to meet customers in person – up to 10-25% of the time.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience required.

Pay Range (On Target Earnings) $105,000 - $125,000
Full-time, non-Sales US employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses that are funded based on prior year company performance. RSA Sales team members are eligible to participate in company commission plans.
