Summary:
Ensures daily warehouse and logistics duties run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders. Receives, counts and put-away product to maintain an accurate inventory. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and standards in the warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick orders utilizing both handheld scan gun and manual process
- Prepare orders for shipment ensuring compliance to all DOT and IATA regulations
- Shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials by utilizing appropriate software platforms and interfacing with shipping vendors, (FedEx, UPS, KWE, etc.)
- Receives inbound freight from various carries while ensures accuracy and entering received goods into SAGE and Raw receipt log.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, (includes keeping it clear and free of debris and ensuring efficient use of space).
- Put away finished goods and supplies into appropriate primary locations.
- Inspect and maintain all mechanical lift equipment and pallet jackets.
- Label switches for OEM products as needed.
- Manage all Customer Interactions with a focus on providing world class service.
- Assist with inventory inquiries and annual physical count
- Maintain 49 CRF and IATA certifications.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow safety precautions
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines
- The ability to remain flexible in response to fluctuating workload
- Ability to obtain IATA and 49 CFR certification within 90 days of hire date.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in shipping hazardous/corrosive products
- Warehouse experience
- Prior experience with UPS and/or FedEx software
- Prior forklift or Reach truck experience
- Inventory process knowledge
