Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for the clinical oversight of a manageable caseload (typically 10 full-time clients). You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in a clinic-based setting, utilizing a staggered scheduling model designed to reduce burnout and ensure high-quality programming for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Treatment Planning
Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS.
Develop and adjust highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven research and clinical expertise.
Supervision and Training
Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment fidelity according to BACB guidelines.
Collaborate with a dedicated Lead Therapist who assists with session prep and material retrieval.
Data Analysis and Collaboration
Diligently monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.
Work closely with families, teachers, and medical professionals to provide a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Administrative Ease
Focus on clinical outcomes rather than logistics; simply submit worked hours and complete SOAP notes while our administrative team handles the rest.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Candidates sitting for the exam within 6 months will be considered.
Experience: Proven experience working with children with autism is preferred, though we provide excellent support for newer clinicians.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and a desire to work within a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
