- Full responsibility for daily site operations
- Coaching, developing, and leading high-performance teams
- Driving Wash Club sales and customer retention
- Labor scheduling, throughput, and operational execution
- Delivering best-in-class customer experience
- Running your site like a business—with real ownership
- Performance-based compensation with upside
- Clear path to expanded leadership and multi-site oversight
- Autonomy with support—not micromanagement
- Relocation consideration for the right candidate
- 2+ years of management experience (operations and direct sales preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold people accountable
- Comfortable owning results—not just following processes
- Sales-minded, numbers-driven, and execution-focused
- Open availability, including weekends
- Willingness to relocate for a long-term growth opportunity
