Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Independent (1099) Contractor to provide plumbing and electrical maintenance services for mobile home park. This role requires a self-motivated professional with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mobile home utility systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency plumbing and electrical repairs
• Diagnose and repair mobile home water lines, sewer lines, faucets, toilets, outlets, light fixtures, breakers, and wiring
• Inspect and maintain utility hook-ups and service panels
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Provide timely responses to work orders and service requests
• Maintain clear communication with park management on project status and recommendations
• Keep a clean and organized work area after job completion
• Makeready home when they become vacant

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have General Liability Insurance
• No felonies within the past 7 years
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual
• Must provide your own tools and materials
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved
