We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. Our ideal candidate will have a friendly, upbeat attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for a dependable team player to collaborate on group projects, but also be capable of meeting individual deadlines using follow-up skills.
The position is responsible for:
- Engaging in resident communications both in-person and via digital platforms.
- Presenting professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property.
- Properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons.
- Coordinating the community's marketing via social media.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Prior residential leasing experience
- Closing skills in a residential environment
- Social media experience
- Ability to type 50 WPM
- Organized

Job Type - Full-time
Pay - $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule - 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute - Blacksburg, VA 24060 (Required)
Work Location - In person
