About this position
JetRight is looking for a driven Outside Sales Specialist to grow new business and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients in the greater Nashville area. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, networking, and delivering a premium client experience.
What You’ll Do
· Prospect, develop, and close new business with affluent individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs
· Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and local events
· Present private aviation solutions including charter, deposit accounts, and aircraft management
· Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client travel needs and delivering concierge-level service
· Track activity, pipeline, and performance in HubSpot CRM
· Represent JetRight at Nashville-area networking and industry events
· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Experience teams
· Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience
· Proven ability to prospect and close new business
· Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
· Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
· CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Flexibility is required for weekend work and participation in special projects as needed.
