Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative (Account Manager) is responsible for prospecting and closing additional business with an existing book of client accounts. Through daily remote (occasionally onsite) communications, this position is expected to foster account relationships, understand our clients business, address their challenges and move their IT and Cyber Security program forward aligned to their business objectives. As a result, clients will value our business relationship and choose to deploy our services to help achieve their business objectives and thus increase the revenues for our company. The successful candidate must be a good listener, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed in selling a full-service solutions using a professional, consultative solution selling approach. Position mindset and execution responsibilities
  • Continuously keep abreast of the latest Information Technology, Cyber Security and AI trends in our client industry segments
  • Review each book of business client services and service contract terms and understand Cantey Tech service capabilities match to address client challenges
  • Understand Cantey Service Delivery operations and processes for all applicable capabilities
  • Conduct efficient and detailed sales discovery processes to understand client business initiatives, business strategies and objectives.
  • Align discovery findings and challenges to Cantey Tech capabilities to fix those challenges.
  • Communicate and translate how our technology can help achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the VCIO, sales leadership, service delivery and operational teams to solve problems efficiently.
  • Continuously engaging clients to identify new opportunities to provide value and move their business forward.
  • Track & maintain all required client activity in our CRM
  • Execute a professional, high level business value sales cycle from start to finish in a timely manner.
  • Conduct professional prep and conduct client meetings that drive valuable client impact
  • Create and review client proposals that detail the client challenges and how our capabilities uniquely solve the client issue including all the quantitative and qualitative validation.
  • Expand client book of business by meeting or exceed monthly quota of additional sales
  • Continuously conducting self-training on new service solutions and trends for Information Technology, AI and Cyber security.
  • Provide positive client experience to align with the client first culture to maintain industry leading 97% client retention score.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation
  • Keep confidential all proprietary client and company information
Sales Expectations
  • Client meetings: 12 per month
  • Proposals presented: 8 per month
  • Closed MRR Managed services revenue: $3,200 per month
Requirements

  • 2-5 years of IT infrastructure or Cyber Security sales experience

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications plus
