About this position

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring construction projects to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Support forensic reviews of monthly valuations, tender evaluations, and contracting processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize data related to project performance and risks.
  • Conduct site visits. Participate in, or conduct, interviews with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare preliminary reports and summaries for senior management teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrity monitoring procedures.
  • Travel within Saudi Arabia may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ Years of project management experience.
  • Airport experience required.
  • Basic understanding of monthly valuations, tender evaluations, and risk management, familiarity with standard contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management systems (e.g., Primavera, Procore, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic and English) strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will also hold one or more of the following certifications or credentials: RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors); Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) or Saudi Council of Engineers registration; Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

This role is located onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
