RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cutters and sewers to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Create and reinforce a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Assign and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Train, mentor, and support both new and experienced team members to ensure skill development and consistent work quality.
• Monitor all products for adherence to quality standards and address issues promptly.
• Track job progress and update work status throughout the day to maintain accurate visibility of production flow.
• Serve as the onsite fabrication expert, providing technical guidance when complex projects arise.
• Step in as needed to support production tasks, troubleshoot issues, or assist with high-volume workloads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)-required.
• Proven proficiency in manual-feed industrial sewing and related fabrication processes.
• Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within industrial sewing.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform hands-on fabrication work as needed.
• Strong commitment to following and enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold and model the companys core values.
