Position Overview:
SUP Noodle Bar is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and personable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the reservation system
Maintain an organized and clean host stand and dining area
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
Assist with guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth dining room flow
Qualifications:
Previous host/hostess required
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest interactions with care
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays*
Expected to meet the minimum standard working hours as set by the company.
Food Handler Card training provided (If needed).
