About this position
The Account Coordinator (AC) works closely with the account teams to facilitate logistics planning and on-site services. The AC helps provide accurate information to other internal departments to help facilitate and coordinate production activities. He or she also supports the account team with show service ordering, supervisor packages, and logistic schedules.
Essential job functions:
- Maintain and monitor client’s annual show schedule, confirming space size and potential obstacles. Research and confirm show regulations and, when appropriate, petitions for variances.
- Maintain show information in Ellie.
- Help organize client preview meetings and work closely with internal departments to implement on-site client tours, training and hospitality.
- Help invoice for all service-related contracts—including reconciling actual and budgeted costs—and explains variances.
- Order and manage all show-related service orders—labor, transportation, etc.—and all other arrangements (including confirming all orders), monitoring set-up, show and dismantle dates as well as all show-related deadlines. When necessary, submits EAC forms and request COIs for outside vendors and provides customized floor plans for utilities vendors. Coordinates A/V and lighting requirements with vendors.
- Arrange transportation for client products and/or equipment if needed.
- Work with vendors to estimate and book labor and transportation.
- Confirm supervisor availability, schedule on-site coverage and book travel as needed.
- Create supervisor’s package—with duplicate for the labor company, client and/or AE, as appropriate.
- Represent Elevation3D professionally and respectfully on- and off-site and instill everyone with the importance of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong working relationship will all internal clients.

In-office position for probationary period - opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule with manager approval.
