About the Role:
The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet exact specifications and quality standards. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to program machines accurately and make necessary adjustments during production runs. Additionally, the role involves routine inspection of finished products and troubleshooting any mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Ultimately, the CNC Machine Operator contributes to efficient production workflows and supports the overall success of the manufacturing team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CNC operation or machining technology.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines by loading tools, materials, and inputting programming instructions based on engineering drawings.
- Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to precise specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications and document results.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
