Line Cook Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, strong work ethic whom can adapt in a fast-paced environment
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
- Ensure all stations are prepped, and set up prior to service
- Fully know all menu items
- Cleaning
- Dishwashing
- Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
- Understanding of allergy and dietary restrictions
- Follow inventory/order policies
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 30-35 per week
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
