Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are a reputable concrete construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability

- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and budgets

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Provide support during audits and assist with financial analysis as needed


Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of construction industry accounting is a plus

Requirements

 Qualifications:
  • - Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • - Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • - Familiarity with construction accounting practices is advantageous
