Executive Driver

EXECUTIVE DRIVER

Full Time / Syosset, NY

Commercial Real Estate firm located in Syosset, New York has an immediate need for an Executive Driver. 

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles for principals and family to and from appointments, meetings, and airports.
• Monday–Friday, with some weekends, are required.  Be available, possibly at short notice, due to a demanding calendar.
• Maintain preventive maintenance on company vehicles.  Inspect, gas up, keep vehicles clean, and keep records of service up to date.
• Run errands and carry out special requests.
• Assist with office tasks, maintain vending machine with snacks and drinks, Costco/BJ’s shopping for office and residence.
• Assist the client with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience working with private families and/or retired law enforcement is a plus.
• Have a thorough knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and highways in NYC and Long Island. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Professional appearance with a pleasant demeanor.
• Strong command of English language, both written and verbal.
• With a valid NY State Driver’s License.
