Now Hiring a Part-time Office Manager / Bookkeeper in Pensacola, FL for a Jewish Congregation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have a friendly attitude AND a professional appearance
  • Must be good at (and enjoy) interacting with people on a daily basis
  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks
  • Must be comfortable with ALL MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Manage facility events as needed - including coordinating with vendors for events (such as set-up, catering, etc.)
  • File cash receipts
  • Payroll & Tax Forms
  • Ability to work independently and to stay on task (You will mostly be working alone in the office)
  • Other duties as assigned
PAY:  $15/hr - $19/hr Depending on Experience

SCHEDULE:  Part-Time (20-32 hours),
FLEXIBLE schedule Monday-Friday Within regular business hours
(Open to suggestions AND/OR the possibility of Mon - Thurs schedule)

REQUIREMENTS | Must pass a pre-employment background check AND a pre-employment drug test before starting work.
