Now Hiring a Part-time Office Manager / Bookkeeper in Pensacola, FL for a Jewish Congregation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have a friendly attitude AND a professional appearance
- Must be good at (and enjoy) interacting with people on a daily basis
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks
- Must be comfortable with ALL MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Manage facility events as needed - including coordinating with vendors for events (such as set-up, catering, etc.)
- File cash receipts
- Payroll & Tax Forms
- Ability to work independently and to stay on task (You will mostly be working alone in the office)
- Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE: Part-Time (20-32 hours),
FLEXIBLE schedule Monday-Friday - Within regular business hours
(Open to suggestions AND/OR the possibility of Mon - Thurs schedule)
REQUIREMENTS | Must pass a pre-employment background check AND a pre-employment drug test before starting work.
