About this position

The Republican National Committee is seeking a Digital Elections Manager to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and politics. Additionally, the candidate is interested in being part of a team, collaborating with others, and working on long-term projects for the digital and political efforts of the RNC. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, driven, detail-oriented and has a strong interest in elections and voting processes. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Maintaining and updating the RNC’s voter outreach websites.
Working with the team to develop new marketing features and strategies for the RNC’s online voter outreach tools.
Establishing and maintaining processes and documents to ensure timely content updates are made and approved.
Tracking and providing updates to the digital team about election dates, deadlines, and changes across the country.
Collaborating with the team on various long-term projects for the RNC’s digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in digital marketing or politics is required.
A strong interest in voting process and elections.
Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills.
A self-starter, able to begin and see through long-term projects and troubleshoot problems successfully.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
