Job Description: We are seeking a Live Stream Sales Specialist who is enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled at engaging audiences. This role requires a professional who is comfortable on camera, knowledgeable about collectibles, sports, and celebrities, and proficient in using live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube, and Twitch.
Key Responsibilities:
Host and manage live selling sessions on various platforms, directly engaging with the audience and managing the flow of the stream.
Develop expertise in presenting our collectibles clearly and engagingly, adapting to the fast-paced nature of live auctions.
Work collaboratively to innovate streaming strategies, promotions, and events that enhance viewer participation and sales.
Requirements:
Confident and articulate presentation skills with a strong on-camera presence.
Proven ability to engage viewers and drive interactions on major social media platforms.
Technical proficiency with live streaming tools and platforms.
Previous experience in sales, particularly in live shows or online sales environments, with a focus on professional and effective consignor interactions.
Ability to represent the brand effectively during negotiations and when setting up exclusive shows.
Flexibility, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt content dynamically.
High energy levels and the capability to manage extended periods of live engagement.
Sales Skills and Consignor Interaction:
Engage with consignors to secure a diverse and appealing product lineup for live streams.
Manage communications and relationships with consignors, ensuring they are represented professionally and effectively.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours as desired.
Highly flexible scheduling, including potential for weekend and varied show times, to cater to different customer time zones and preferences.
No overnight shifts expected; maximum shift length is typically no more than 8 hours.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus a commission on live sales, set at 1% of gross sales with no cap.
Opportunity for additional income through commission by flexing hours during high-audience streams.
Transparent tracking and regular reporting of live stream sales to ensure fair and clear commission payouts.
Work Environment: This position is based in our Phoenix office. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our on-site team, bringing energy and innovation to our live streams directly from our Phoenix office.
